Check spam first, then log in — every packet you've bought
is on your account page and can be downloaded again for a year.
Can I log in without a password?
Yes — that's the only way. We email you a one-click link, or you can continue
with Google or Microsoft.
How many properties can I check at once?
The bulk checker takes a list or a CSV. Re-checking
properties you've already looked at is always free.
Do you file the appeal for me?
No. We build the completed petition and the evidence to go with it; you file it
with your county. The deadline is 25 days after your TRIM notice.
Can I get a refund?
No — packets are prepared and delivered immediately, so all sales are final.
But if we made a mistake in yours (wrong parcel, wrong owner, values that don't match
the county roll) tell us and we'll correct and re-issue it free. See our
